Pride 2026

  • Monday, June 1st at 6 PM: Join PFLAG of Valparaiso and LGBTQ Outreach for a Pride Walk! We will begin at Valparaiso City Hall and take "walking path 1" (don't worry, we'll lead you!)

  • Wednesday, June 3rd from 7-8:30 PM: Lavender Lit's monthly meeting will be at the Press! We will be discussing The Stonewall Reader.

  • Thursday, June 4th from 7:30-8:45 PM: Unlabeled will host their monthly meeting. *Unlabeled is a closed group. This means that although we love and appreciate our cisgender allies, this space is exclusively for transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive adults.

  • Saturday, June 6th from 10am-10pm: Visit LGBTQ Outreach at NWI Pridefest! We will be there only on June 6th but we encourage everyone to also attend June 7th. NWI Pridefest will be at Sunset Hill Farm.

  • Tuesday, June 9th from 7-8:30 PM: Alphabet Soup will have their monthly meeting (GAME NIGHT EDITION!)

  • Friday, June 12th from 6-8:30 PM: Tabletop Roleplay Game One Shot night! Players of any age and experience are welcome. Join us for a fun night of Dungeons and Dragons (and other gaming systems). We will also be joined by Martin Buinicki, writer for Gaming Honors (www.gaminghonors.com) and author of Designing TTRPGs for Dummies, an accessible guide to designing, writing, and even publishing your own roleplaying game!

  • Saturday, June 13th from 1-8 PM: Visit LGBTQ Outreach at Michigan City Pride! Michigan City Pride will be at the Guy Foreman Amphitheatre located at 115 Lake Shore Dr, Michigan City, IN.

  • Wednesday, June 17th starting at 6 PM: Trivia night at 219 Taproom in Chesterton! Trivia starts at 6 PM so get in early to secure your seat.

  • Thursday, June 18th: 219 Taproom is hosting a Giveback Night in our honor. All tip money will be donated to LGBTQ Outreach. *Coffee, Cookies, and Conversation will be canceled this night. Instead, we encourage everyone to attend the Giveback night!*

  • Sunday, June 21st at 8 am: Love is Love 5k Run/Walk registration is open now! Kick-off is at 8 AM at Bluhm County Park 3855 S 1100 W, Westville, IN.

  • Friday, June 26th from 7-8:30 PM: LGBTQ Outreach and Joy Bomb Social Center are excited to partner for Queeroke! This event will be hosted at Joybomb's space at  2584 Clay St, Lake Station, IN.

  • Sunday, June 28th from 12-3 PM: Our final event of Pride will be a picnic honoring the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. This event is a collaboration with True Colors and PFLAG of Valparaiso. We invite you to join us at Will Park in Valparaiso and bring dishes, (non-alcoholic) drinks, and games!

  • As the parent of someone who attends PRISM, I think it's a great way for my teen to connect with other teens in a safe space. Respecting everyone's privacy, my teen doesn't share much with me about the group and that's ok. I want her to be happy, to feel heard and to support everyone who attends.

  • Outreach gave me a warm welcome into a place where I felt safe with no judgments on who I was. The Outreach program has an open door for anyone who needs a safe place to go, regardless of age, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.
